Shipping Information/Return Policy

Shipping: We ship our gift baskets and gifts nationwide. We securely pack the baskets or gift item and ship it out.  For the most part, we will ship out the basket or gift item within the same day or the next day, depending on how busy the season is.

When shipping to Canada, there will be an additional $10 added to the regular shipping charge since it's more expensive to ship to that country.  

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, so please double check delivery addresses.  Once the basket is in the hands of the shipping couriers, we cannot guarantee what happens to it or that the package arrives on time.   We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. 

Please allow additional time before major holidays in order to avoid delays by couriers. 

Local Delivery:  We deliver locally to Dallas, Addison, Richardson, Farmers Branch, Carrollton, Plano, Frisco, Lewisville. Everything else will be shipped. Local delivery times to businesses are between 9:30am and 5pm CST.  Delivery times for residential addresses are between 10am to 7pm CST.  The recipient's phone number is required for local deliveries.  For Hospital deliveries, the recipient must have a room number.  Delivery charges range from $10 to $18 depending on the area. No pick-ups! Only delivery or shipping available.

Lead Time: Please give us 2 to 4 weeks for orders in large quantities. During the holidays, order early to insure availability of your favorite item or basket design.  For logo items, we require approximately 4 weeks lead time.  Allow an extra week during the holidays.

Substitutions: For gift baskets, we reserve the right to substitute  unavailable products with ones of equal or greater value due to season availability.   Place your orders early especially during the holidays.

Prices Shown:  Prices shown do not include tax if applicable or delivery charges.  Prices are subject to change without prior notice. 

Payment Terms:  Pre-payment with check, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS is required for all orders.  Corporate billing of Net 10 days is available upon approval. For some large quantity orders, we require a 50% prepayment, which is non-refundable. For logo items, we require full payment upfront.  

Returns: Our Return Policy consists of a full refund within 7 days if basket is returned in its original, unopened condition. Basket or gift price is refunded less shipping.

Damaged Goods: Obvious damage of exterior shipping cartons must be reported to the courier within 24 hours of receipt.  Concealed damages must be reported to the shipping courier within 3 days.  Retain all original packaging until problem is resolved.
